Otto Bremer Trust Donates to Junior Achievement of Wisconsin
MILWAUKEE, Wis.—The Otto Bremer Trust (OBT) is awarding a $200,000 strategic grant to Junior Achievement of Wisconsin (JA) to be used over two years in support of its mission to inspire and prepare the young people of Wisconsin to succeed in a global economy. The funds will accelerate innovation in JA programming, expand access, and increase the impact of critical hands-on learning experiences for students across Wisconsin.
The OBT investment in Wisconsin will create new opportunities for young people across the state to participate in immersive educational experiences, interactive events, and JA’s Experiential Learning Centers. The grant will also help bring essential financial literacy skills to high school students and young adults and support the launch of summer programming designed to engage and empower youth outside of the classroom.
"We are proud to support Junior Achievement of Wisconsin's financial literacy programs and their dynamic approach of integrating real-world business case studies into classrooms," said Daniel Reardon, co-CEO and trustee, OBT. "This investment demonstrates our commitment to equipping young people with the financial skills and entrepreneurial mindset they need to build successful futures."
