JA Executive Business Challenge: Northcentral Area

Featuring: JA Titan

JA Titan® is a simulation-based program in which high school students compete as business CEOs in the phone industry, experiencing firsthand how an organization evaluates alternatives, makes decisions, analyzes the outcomes of those decisions, and then strategizes what to do next. (Grades 9-12) The blended model comprises 11 sessions that include tutorial sessions, game-play strategy sessions, a competition session, and deep dive sessions. Participants complete a minimum of 5 sessions, in any order. An optional event or in-class competition may be included.

Junior Achievement’s annual Executive Business Challenge is a fundraising event to support JA classroom throughout the Northcentral Region. Teams of 4 players put their collective business management and economic skills to the test for some friendly competition. Teams will play the JA Titan business simulation online simulator. Teams will have to make CEO decisions on price, R&D, marketing, and production in their simulated business. Each round of decisions the playing level changes, just like our day-to-day life your decisions can be impacted by inflation or a market shift in your product.

The goal is to be the business that is able to make a profit come out ranking first in the industry. Once a teams goes bankrupt, they are out. Rely on the extra help from JA Titan experts who can help you make the next right decision. Or can they?

Heavy appetizers, beverages and spirits, along with raffle prize opportunities, will be available.
100% of funds raised goes back into JA programs.
