JA Young Entrepreneur Competition: Northeast Region
When: Monday, January 27, 2025
Where: JA Community First Career Exploration and Financial Literacy Center, 11 Tri-Park Way, Appleton, WI
Student entrepreneurs will have a chance to compete against other student entrepreneurs throughout the Northeast Region of Wisconsin, pitching their businesses to a panel of local celebrity judges. Four finalists will be selected to present their businesses live in Appleton for their chance to win a $2,000 cash prize. The winner also receives an automatic bid to the State Competition in February 2025 and a chance to win a $5,000 scholarship!
Early bird registrants receive one hour free mentoring prior to registration to assist with the process. Email Mary Beth at mtomsyck@jawis.org by December 1 to confirm YE interest.
Registration opens November 1, 2024.
Student entrepreneurs grades 9 - 12 who have operated a business since January, 2024 are eligible to apply.
Deadline: Application must be received by 12 Noon on Tuesday, December 17th.
