The Community First Career Exploration and Financial Literacy Junior Achievement Experiential Learning Center (ELC) was built in partnership with our region’s leading industries, employers, and educational institutions to accelerate economic mobility and build future-ready youth. The ELC is a living classroom that closes the gap between school and the regional workforce. Through career-connected, hands-on learning that aligns with state standards, students don’t just think about the future at the ELC, they practice it.
