Kyrah Klika Joins Junior Achievement Board of Directors

EAU CLAIRE, WISCONSIN – Kyrah Klika, Regional Vice President of Retail Operations for WESTconsin Credit Union recently joined the Junior Achievement of Wisconsin (JA) Board of Directors in Eau Claire, WI. Klika has been a JA classroom volunteer since 2016 in northwest Wisconsin schools, teaching over 500 students about financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness.

In her role at WESTconsin Credit Union, Klika oversees the Menomonie, Eau Claire, Altoona, Chippewa Falls, Barron, and soon to open Rice Lake offices. She is actively involved in credit union advocacy on the state and federal level and recently earned her Certified Credit Union Executive Designation from CUNA Management School, a 3-year top level program designed to develop credit union executives.

“I am incredibly honored to work closely with Junior Achievement, area business leaders, and our schools to provide valuable experiences and opportunities for our students,” said Kyrah Klika. “ It has been a great experience volunteering with students and empowering them to make important career and financial decisions as they grow into adulthood.,” added Klika.

Klika has a strong passion for community service and has served in many community roles including President & Treasurer of the Chippewa Falls Kiwanis Club, member of the Young Professionals Network at the Eau Claire and Menomonie Chambers, Advisory Board member with CVTC- Marketing Department & member of Project SEARCH. In her spare time, Kyrah is an active parent with her husband, Kevin, helping her two children, Kannon & Kinleigh, at the baseball fields, dance class, or school in the Chippewa Falls area.
