Sun Prairie Student Awarded Scholarship
MONONA, WISCONSIN - Victoria Barnet, of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, was named the recipient of the Vernon J. Hellenbrand Memorial Scholarship. She has been accepted into the Honors College and Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Purdue University campus in Indianapolis (IUPUI). She will use the $1,000 scholarship to pursue a degree in Accounting and Finance.
The Vernon J. Hellenbrand was created to honor the past President and CEO of AprilAire. Vernon J. Hellenbrand had a long-standing role in the Madison business community, helping connect business leaders to the educational community. This scholarship was developed in cooperation with Research Products Corporation Healthy Air brand: AprilAire, Junior Achievement of Wisconsin – South Central Region, and the Madison business community. The scholarship fund is managed by the Madison Community Foundation.

The Hellenbrand Scholarship is just one of the ways his impact still stands strong within AprilAire and the Hellenbrand family.”
